As a SaaS company focused on supply chain orchestration, we prioritize SDG 3 by helping our clients deliver critical goods like pharmaceuticals to communities worldwide, promoting global health. Kinaxis’ focus ahead is to identify GHG reduction opportunities across the organization. We have also committed to fully offsetting our remaining GHG emissions since 2020.

Building trust

Kinaxis prides itself on using the most advanced cybersecurity technologies available to keep your supply chain data safe and secure and accessible to only those who legitimately need it. We adhere to global stan- dards and best practices and obtain third-party verifications of our processes, to ensure compliance.

Our Maestro platform processes the supply chain data of the world’s largest, most innovative companies, and we have established several key processes to earn and keep the trust of these market leaders, including intellectual property protection and data security and privacy features.

Our On-Demand Maestro service is delivered from both private and public cloud infrastructures. Under the private cloud model, we co-locate the supporting infrastructure in enterprise-grade third-party data center facilities, currently with Equinix and Vantage Data Centers. Kinaxis also has partnerships with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure for public cloud hosting.

Kinaxis conforms to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and we are annually audited against SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, and BSI-C5 Type II.
