Avia Aerospace: Preparing for Takeoff:
his case presents a situation in which a leading Aerospace & Defense company, Avia Aerospace, is undergoing a supply chain management transformation. Students will assume the role of organizational change management consultants to help Avia integrate Kinaxis RapidResponse into their organization. An understanding for people, process, and technology will come together to form a plan to support Avia employees on their journey.
