Sarah Sedgman, Kinaxis

As Chief Customer Officer, Sarah defines the strategies and programs that ensure continuous customer value and partnership along customers’ business transformation journeys. Accountable for driving the customer perspective, Sarah’s organization leverages product innovation, customer priorities, service excellence, and deep domain expertise in the center of excellence and knowledge services to drive high adoption and positive customer outcomes.

Before joining Kinaxis in June 2015, Sarah held many global executive positions with industry leaders, including Cognos, IBM and PTC. She has 19 years of leadership experience, partnering with customers on high-value adoption programs and has previously owned some of the largest and most profitable global learning and adoption businesses in the industry. Sarah is a true thought leader on knowledge and adoption, and currently sits on several education services executive boards across North America.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
