Razat Gaurav
Razat joined Kinaxis in January 2026 as Chief Executive Officer, where he sets the company’s vision and drives its global strategy, innovation, and long-term value creation. He is also on the Board of Directors at Kinaxis.
Razat has over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software and supply chain solution space, with a proven track record of driving innovation-based growth and scaling technology businesses.
Before joining Kinaxis, Razat was CEO at Planview and LLamasoft. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Blue Yonder and i2 Technologies.
Razat served on the Boards of Sparta Systems and LLamasoft, and is currently a Board member at Planview and SPS Commerce, a publicly traded SaaS company.
Razat was recognized by Goldman Sachs as one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2020. He has also been featured as one of the leading SaaS CEOs by The Software Report. He is engaged in various philanthropic and policy initiatives related to medical research, STEM education across minorities, and efforts to reduce carbon emissions.
Razat graduated with honors in Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.
Blaine Fitzgerald
Blaine joined Kinaxis in March 2020 as Executive Vice President, Finance, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2021. He oversees the company’s finance, procurement and corporate IT organizations.
Blaine brings more than 20 years of finance experience to the Kinaxis management team, the majority of which is within the high-tech industry. With a track record of successfully leading teams and scaling businesses, Blaine has in-depth knowledge of the software industry, and balances strong technical finance skills with a wealth of financing and M&A experience.
Prior to joining Kinaxis, Blaine served over 5 years as the Vice President of Finance at e-commerce giant Shopify. During his time at Shopify, Blaine was instrumental in taking Shopify public in 2015 and continued to support the company's rapid growth by building a global team to meet the needs of an organization that scaled to more than $1B in revenue and over 4,000 employees.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Blaine started his career with stints at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, while working in Vancouver, Bermuda, Luxembourg and Ottawa. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Simon Fraser University.
Blaine lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his wife and 3 kids. Never one to shy away from hard work, Blaine chooses to spend any remaining free time swimming, biking and running as a competitive triathlete.
Mark Morgan
Mark is a proven supply chain software executive who has scaled global commercial operations to well beyond a billion dollars in annual revenue, delivered double-digit SaaS increases within existing and new customers, and enabled hyper-growth through expanding partner ecosystems. He has more than two decades of executive and sales leadership experience in supply chain, including leading the commercial operations for Coupa and Blue Yonder, where he also held the role of interim CEO.
In his new role, Mark will manage Kinaxis sales teams in North America, EMEA and APAC, the global go-to-market & strategic operations team, global customer care and business consulting.
Megan Paterson
As Chief Operating Officer, Megan has responsibility over the company’s cloud services operations, corporate IT, corporate strategy, HR and global real estate. In this new role, Paterson will create centers of excellence that empower the company to operate with agility and alignment as it continues to expand its footprint globally.
Before joining Kinaxis, Megan worked at EMS Technologies/Honeywell, Sedona Networks, and Trillium Photonics. Megan graduated with a BA, Psychology from Carleton University.
Megan lives in a small town just outside of Ottawa, and is slowly getting used to country living with all the woodland creatures. The things she cannot live without include her Kindle, tennis, fast cars, and her dog Cassidy. She spends her time outside of work volunteering for women’s shelters, advocating for survivors of domestic violence, and angel investing.
Andrew Bell
As chief product officer, Andrew oversees the company’s engineering, development and product management teams, as well as the company’s continued investment in AI and machine learning, where we have more than 50 issued and pending patents.
Andrew joined Kinaxis in June 2012 after working for Alcatel-Lucent, where he managed the Customer Premise Equipment product line for North America. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems) degree from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.
Michael Mauger
As Chief Customer Success Officer, Mike leads with a global perspective and directs worldwide customer support, global customer success, and knowledge management functions with a focus on support demand reduction and exemplary client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Kinaxis in 2017, Mike helped build global support and services teams around the world for Quest Software, Dell Software, SkillSoft (formerly SmartForce), and RBC Dominion Securities. With over 20 years of corporate leadership experience, Mike has an established track record of exceeding enterprise-wide service levels with a focus on customer support demand reduction and high customer satisfaction. Mike has earned multiple performance awards for delivering tangible outcomes, helped manage a customer support website that ranked in the top 10 in the industry and is a recognized leader in customer service playing many support roles throughout his career.
Mike lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia and is married with one child, a 12-year-old gaming enthusiast and YouTube legend (in his own mind!). You can typically find Mike among nature…either looking for his lost golf balls or chasing bass in our many lakes.
Jamie Hollingworth
As Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Jamie is responsible for overseeing all legal matters and functions at Kinaxis in addition to overseeing the company’s security, risk, and compliance team.
Jamie brings more than 15 years of legal experience to Kinaxis, primarily focused on the technology sector. Prior to joining Kinaxis in 2015, Jamie practiced law at two international law firms (Dentons and Gowlings) and was in-house legal counsel (Mergers and Acquisitions) at Blackberry.
Jamie holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Science (Biology/Biotechnology) degrees from the University of Ottawa.
Jamie lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his wife and 4 kids. When he is not busy providing a taxi service for his children, he enjoys playing golf, hockey and tennis, and cheering for the Ottawa Senators.
