Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer

Herb Yeh serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Kinaxis, leading the global finance organization and corporate strategy operations at Kinaxis, including Finance, Accounting and Investor Relations functions, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Development. He partners closely with the executive leadership team and Board of Directors to drive disciplined execution, support the company’s global growth strategy, and create long-term shareholder value. 

Mr. Yeh brings more than 25 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience advising leading technology companies on capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth decisions. Throughout his career, he has worked with enterprise software companies at every stage of growth, helping management teams and boards navigate complex strategic and financial decisions to accelerate growth and create long-term value.

Prior to joining Kinaxis, Mr. Yeh was a Senior Managing Director at Evercore, where he helped lead the firm's Technology Strategic Advisory practice, with a focus on software. In that role, he advised senior management teams, boards of directors, and private equity investors on strategic transactions, capital structure, and long-term corporate strategy. 

Previously, Mr. Yeh served as Global Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking and Vice Chairman of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory at Citi, where he led global client engagement across the technology sector. Over the course of his career, he has advised many of the world's leading technology companies and investors, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Workday, Dell Technologies, IBM, Intel, Palo Alto Networks, VMware, DocuSign, Confluent, Dynatrace, Qualtrics, Proofpoint, Thoma Bravo, Vista Equity Partners, Hellman & Friedman, Permira, TPG, and Evergreen Coast Capital, among many others. 

Through his work, Mr. Yeh has developed deep expertise in the operating and financial models of enterprise software businesses, including the capital allocation decisions required to scale recurring revenue companies. He also brings significant insight into the evolving role of data and artificial intelligence in shaping enterprise software and has followed Kinaxis and the broader supply chain technology sector closely for more than a decade. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Yeh was a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and began his career practicing corporate and securities law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. 

Mr. Yeh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania.
