Randy Erwin, Kinaxis

As Executive Vice President Sales, North America & EMEA, Randy is responsible for achieving software revenue goals and driving alignment for customers to achieve maximum value with RapidResponse.

Having worked and lived overseas for 19 years, Randy brings a rich background and vast set of life experiences to Kinaxis. Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to learn from people of varying backgrounds across many different industries, enabling him to provide his own unique skills, expertise and business perspective.

Randy began his software career at the enterprise sales level in ERP at PeopleSoft, Blue Martini, and Oracle (Agile) where he had responsibility for several country operations. He was responsible for opening Excelergy’s dominant position in the Italian energy market. As Vice President of Sales at Siperian, Randy established a Life Sciences vertical – the highest performing sector and revenue contributor for the company, and a driving force behind the approximately $130MM cash acquisition by Informatica. At Kinaxis, he has repeated the success of developing the Life Sciences segment of Kinaxis new customers and revenues.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. He has lived and worked in Latin America, Italy and Switzerland, and is fluent in Spanish and Italian. He is an avid sailor and photographer.
