Our quest for exceptional talent aligns with our commitment to enriching our culture and values, which includes being an organization where all voices are heard. Last autumn, we proudly sponsored and actively participated in one of India’s most esteemed diversity hiring drives, We Are Your Voice (pictured here), and engaged with over 2,000 individuals with diverse abilities and gender identities.
This was an event that aimed to promote inclusivity in the workplace. The objective was to also raise awareness among employers and assist them in fostering a more inclusive environment. As part of this initiative, our 10-member Kinaxis team, which included folks from HR and Professional Services teams, connected with over 100 outstanding individuals. We provided guidance on LinkedIn profile crafting, resume creation, and offered a supportive presence to all attendees.
From this pool of talent, we identified a few promising candidates for a final-level discussion. We brought them to visit our office in Chennai and we spent some time getting to know one another, while helping them gain insights into their potential work environment. Overall, the experience was about all of us.
